A Personalized Relationship Designed Around Your Goals
Frequency of Sessions
Most mentor-mentee pairs meet:
- Twice per month
- For 45–60 minutes
- Online or in person when possible
Between sessions, mentees may receive:
- Reflection questions
- Resources and recommendations
- Tasks or challenges
- Feedback on their progress

Month 1:

What Happens During Mentoring Sessions?
Mentoring sessions are structured conversations that help the mentee move forward.
During sessions, mentors may help mentees:

- Understand their strengths and weaknesses
- Build confidence and professional presence
- Improve communication and leadership skills
- Make better academic or career decisions
- Overcome self-doubt, fear, or uncertainty
- Prepare for interviews, internships, scholarships, or opportunities
